Ukrainian culinary blogger Victoria Kozina shared a recipe for salad with chicken liver on Instagram.

“Be sure to prepare this salad. This is the most delicious salad with liver that I have ever prepared,” noted the cook.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g chicken liver;
  • 1 tbsp. l. starch;
  • 30 g butter;
  • one bell pepper;
  • one onion;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • two or three pickled cucumbers;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation

  1. Cut the washed liver into any pieces. Add starch, mix and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Cook the liver for about 10-15 minutes and add butter at the end.
  3. Separately, fry the chopped onion and pepper in a frying pan. Add garlic that has been pressed through a press to the vegetables.
  4. Combine liver, fried vegetables, sliced ​​cucumbers. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
