
Ukrainian culinary blogger Victoria Kozina shared a recipe for salad with chicken liver on Instagram.
“Be sure to prepare this salad. This is the most delicious salad with liver that I have ever prepared,” noted the cook.
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken liver;
- 1 tbsp. l. starch;
- 30 g butter;
- one bell pepper;
- one onion;
- three cloves of garlic;
- two or three pickled cucumbers;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
- Cut the washed liver into any pieces. Add starch, mix and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Cook the liver for about 10-15 minutes and add butter at the end.
- Separately, fry the chopped onion and pepper in a frying pan. Add garlic that has been pressed through a press to the vegetables.
- Combine liver, fried vegetables, sliced cucumbers. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
