Olga Tarasova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Hospital Pediatrics No. 2 of the Institute of Motherhood and Childhood of Pirogov University, spoke about this.

It turns out that the optimal one-time serving of caviar for a healthy adult is only one tablespoon on a holiday, that is, 20-30 grams. This is enough to get the benefits of omega-3s, vitamins and lecithin, but not overload your body with salt, cholesterol and calories.

“If you regularly exceed the dose of 20-30 grams of caviar, problems with the heart, blood vessels, digestion, kidneys may occur, and allergies may also appear,” says Tarasova in an interview with RIA Novosti (18+).

And imagine how high-calorie pancakes are. As a result, the combination of pancakes + caviar becomes not only tasty, but also very harmful to your health and figure. Therefore, do not exceed the indicated norm per day, so that later you do not have to sit on steamed vegetables for several weeks.
