What is the Votkinsk plant?
According to the General Staff, the “Votkinsky Plant” is responsible, among others, for: for the production of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) RS-24 “Jars”, “Jars-S”, “Jars-M”, R-30 “Bulava” ballistic missiles for the Project 955A “Borey-A” submarines, as well as ballistic missiles of the 9M723-1 type for the “Iskander-M” operational-tactical system and 9-S-7760 for the aviation missile system “Kindża”.
