Residents complained that after the houses were commissioned, the developer demarcated the territory and transferred large areas for paid parking. As a result, there are almost no free spaces left in the microdistrict, and the rental of a parking space reaches 8 thousand rubles per month. Motorists also drew attention to fire safety violations.
According to local residents, they contacted the prosecutor's office more than once, but there was no response. “They admit that there is a problem, but they do nothing,” said one of the residents.
After listening to the claims, Sergei Vereshchagin said that he would personally send a request to the prosecutor’s office about this.
