The woman explained that her daughter regularly takes the bus to school. The child does not have a bank card; they do not give her cash. Once on the bus, the girl calls her mother and gives her the code so that she can pay for the trip and send a screenshot of the payment. “The new application is very slow and does not allow you to take a screenshot. I called the help desk and they told me that this was done to prevent fraud.
