
Every woman dreams of eating and not getting fat. But, alas, this is impossible. Meanwhile, there are foods that you can eat with virtually no restrictions – they will hardly harm your figure. Dietician-nutritionist Irina Mansurova spoke about such “magic” products in a conversation with aif.ru (18+).
So, here are a few foods that can be consumed with almost no restrictions:
- cucumbers They contain a lot of liquid, which the body constantly needs. They satisfy hunger well, but at the same time contain a minimal amount of calories;
- spinach. It is a valuable source of fiber, vitamins A, B4, E and K, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron, and it contains only 41 calories per 100 g of product;
- cruciferous Cauliflower and broccoli are full of fiber that can quickly fill your stomach – you can eat them as much as you like;
- quail eggs. Compared to chicken eggs, quail eggs have 2.5 times more B vitamins (B1 and B2), as well as more protein. Therefore, this is an ideal option for breakfast. At the same time, quail eggs reduce the level of the hunger hormone – ghrelin;
- fish. If you want to eat fish without restrictions, then choose low-fat varieties, for example, cod, halibut, tuna. They contain less fat, but many useful substances – phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium and sulfur;
- legumes They are low in calories, but rich in fiber and protein;
- cottage cheese. A product rich in proteins, B vitamins, calcium and phosphorus. Satisfies hunger no worse than eggs.
