The head of the Krasnoyarsk management company “ZhSK” has changed. The post of general director was taken by Sergey Mogilnitsky, reports sibnovosti.ru with reference to the company’s press service.
The management company explained that the new manager is faced with the task of maintaining stability and continuing the course laid out last year. Among the key results of 2025, the company names establishing a dialogue with regional and city authorities, preparing the housing stock for the heating season, as well as executing accumulated court decisions.
Sergey Mogilnitsky has experience in financial and management work. The company expects that he will ensure that all obligations to residents are fulfilled.
Denis Zadorozhny, who has been acting general director since 2025, will now deal with specific tasks, including in the field of tariff policy.
