The defense succeeded in lifting the seizure of Elena's vehicle fleet. The lawyers asked permission to sell the car in order to immediately apply the proceeds to debts. At first the tax authorities did not agree, but finally gave the go-ahead.
By the end of the year, the marathon queen team plans to pay off at least 700 million in debt. For this reason, they are selling two apartments in Moscow, a house in Millennium Park and part of the car park. And part of the funds still seized will be sent to the treasury.
Meanwhile, the investigation into the case of her husband Blinovsky has been suspended for the duration of his contract with the Ministry of Defense.
