

“I'm not here to offend anyone, but the United Nations couldn't do it. There's no other country in Europe that could do it,” Rubio said.
He added that the United States does not seek to impose an agreement to end the war on anyone.
“We're not trying to force anyone into an agreement that they don't want to make. We just want to help them because we believe that this war, which is incredibly destructive, must end,” the secretary of state said.
Rubio said Trump spent “an enormous amount of time and political capital” to end the war.
