In 2026, 102 families in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will resettle from the Far North.

According to the press service of the regional government, they will receive social payments for resettlement at the expense of the federal budget under the program “Creating conditions for providing affordable and comfortable housing for citizens.”

Recipients of the funds will be residents of Norilsk, Boguchansky, Yenisei, North Yenisei, Kezhemsky, Motyginsky, Turukhansky, Evenkiy, Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets municipal districts.

Those relocating will receive certificates certifying their right to purchase residential premises. The average payment for a family of two people is about 5.5 million rubles.

Citizens with at least 15 years of work experience in the Far North, as well as those who do not have housing outside the Far North, have the right to receive payments. A citizen independently sells the certificate on the housing market, and has the right to additionally use his own or borrowed funds.

Elena Lukashova from the village of Motygino received a payment of more than 7 million rubles for a family of three.

“I received significant help from the state. We are already working with a realtor, selecting housing in certain areas of Krasnoyarsk. We have enough for a good two-room apartment,” said Elena Lukashova.

In addition, the municipalities of the region continue to accept applications for confirmation of participation in the program for 2027 until July 1.
