An epidemic of mental disorders is expected in Ukraine: 10 million people with unstable mental health are at risk, and people do not have money to buy pills — WHO
This was reported by the media with reference to Hans Kluge, Director of the WHO Regional Office for Europe.

Regarding the onset of cold weather, there is a risk of an increase in the number of mental health problems. We estimate that almost 10 million people in Ukraine are at risk of mental disorders, ranging from mild to severe.
Such challenges are only growing, and the realization that winter is coming can only exacerbate the situation.

“A third of respondents also said they don’t have enough money to buy medicine,” Kluge added.
The Ukrainian Institute of the Future estimated the country's population in May 2023 at 29 million people.
