In Krasnoyarsk, police continue to identify and suppress offenses in the field of migration legislation. The day beforeRaids took place in all areas of the city.

Almost 300 foreigners working on construction sites and in the trade sector were subject to inspection.

As a result of the events, 26 people were taken to police departments. 29 protocols were drawn up for violation of migration legislation:

  • 12 – to Part 1 Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation, migration registration, movement or the procedure for choosing a place of stay or residence, transit passage through the territory of the Russian Federation);

  • 9 – by Part 1.1 Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (lack of documents confirming the right to stay/reside in the Russian Federation);

  • 6 – by Part 3 and Part 4 Art. 18.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation);

  • 2 – by Part 1 Art. 18.11 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of immigration rules);

4 foreigners face forced deportation from the Russian Federation.

In addition, law enforcement officers checked 140 residential addresses. As a result, 13 cases of fictitious registration of foreign citizens were identified, and the issue of initiating criminal cases under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The police warned that will be in the future conduct similar migration raids in all areas of the regional center.
