The dinner, held at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel, was an official accompanying event of the Munich Security Conference. The meeting entitled “Analysis of Europe's chances of winning the war before it breaks out” was organized by the Pulaski Foundation.

The guest list provided to PAP shows that, apart from Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski, the dinner was attended by, among others: Czech President Pavel, Danish Prime Minister Frederiksen and EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas. The American side was represented by, among others, US ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker, as well as three senators: Christopher Murphy, Thom Tillis and Roger Wicker.
Among the Europeans, the dinner was also attended by EU Commissioner for Defense Andrius Kubilius, Dutch Minister of Defense Ruben Brekelmans, Minister of Defense of Norway Tore O. Sandvik, Minister of Defense of Latvia Andris Spruds, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Margus Tsahkna, Prime Minister of Greenland Jens-Frederik Nielsen and an influential member of parliament from the CDU party co-ruling in Germany and foreign policy specialist Norbert Roettgen.
