The cruise line has promised $400 to all stranded tourists who miss their flights. On the plus side, they gave a 20% discount on alcohol, and for those who had an all-inclusive package, they extended the alcohol package. But there is a nuance.
400 bucks is only 39k. A plane ticket to home costs about 200k. And those who do not drink whiskey, vodka and other fuels were not provided with any additional services – they were simply driven away from the reception.
