In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs tricked a hiding child support worker into a meeting

In Zelenogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, a bailiff brought the debtor to justice by ordering a car heating service.

The man didn't paid alimony for the maintenance of his 12-year-old son, as a result, the amount collected exceeded 260 thousand rubles. The debtor did not officially work anywhere, did not open the doors of the apartment at the place of registration, and ignored the summonses left to summon him to the bailiff.

During enforcement actions, the service employee established that the negligent father had posted an advertisement on his social network page for the provision of car heating services, called the specified number and made an appointment.

“At the appointed time, the debtor arrived at the address where the bailiffs were waiting for him. The man was taken to the department and a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Non-payment of funds for child support.” The court sentenced the offender to 50 hours of compulsory work, which he will spend clearing the city streets of snow and debris. He was also given a referral to the Employment Center for further employment and warned of criminal liability under Art. 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In addition, the bailiff seized the citizen’s mobile phone; the proceeds from its sale will be transferred as partial payment of the debt,” the press service said GUFSSP region.
