
On February 13, the author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube channel “Culinary Recipes from Nadia” told how to prepare elastic pancakes with mayonnaise and sparkling water.
According to the blogger, pancakes according to this recipe are tender, elastic, do not tear and remain soft for a long time.
Products:
- 500 ml sparkling water;
- 220 g wheat flour;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- a pinch of salt;
- vanilla sugar – to taste.
Preparation
- In a deep bowl, beat eggs with mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add sugar and salt, stir.
- Pour in half the warm sparkling water and stir gently.
- Sift the flour and gradually mix it into the dough so that there are no lumps.
- Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
- At the end, pour in vegetable oil.
- The consistency of the dough should be similar to sour cream.
- Cover the dough with film and leave for 20 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Fry the pancakes for two minutes on each side until cooked through.
