Migrant vandal painted St. Petersburg's Anichkov Palace
The 28-year-old man was detained, but he could not clearly explain his motives. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Destruction or damage to cultural heritage objects.”
The vandal used a fence near the Anichkov Palace at 39 Nevsky Prospekt and a statue as a canvas. Material damage exceeded 20 thousand rubles.
