Confirmed attack on a Russian refinery. Kiev also announces the hitting of other targets

The Ukrainian army said on Thursday that its forces hit the Afipski oil refinery in the Krasnodar region, in southern Russia, as well as targets related to the production of drones, informs Reuters, taken by News.ro.
A statement issued by the General Staff of the army stated that a fire broke out after the refinery was hit during the night.
Russian officials in the Krasnodar region had already said that a fire caused by falling debris from a drone had been extinguished at the scene.
“The Afipski Refinery is one of the largest oil refining plants in the south of the Russian Federation. Its annual processing volume is 6.25 million tons per year. The unit produces diesel, gasoline, fuel oil and other petroleum products, which are used to support the economy and military logistics of the aggressor state,” says the General Staff of the Ukrainian Army.
