The court found the former teacher of the Krasnoyarsk kindergarten at municipal secondary school No. 148 on Borisevich Street guilty of torturing children and failure to fulfill responsibilities for their upbringing.

It was established that in 2024, the 47-year-old defendant brutally treated students of the Znayki group.

“The woman, irritated by their pranks, used force: she punched and kicked the children on the head and buttocks, grabbed their ears and arms, pulled, kicked and even hit them with a shoe. In addition, she humiliated the children with insults, forbade them to go to the toilet as punishment, and forcibly kept them indoors. The victims told their parents about the beatings. At the trial, the woman did not admit guilt: she denied holding the children, beating them with a notebook, or punishing them for throwing icicles while out for a walk. She claimed that the parents did not complain about wet laundry, and the incidents could not have been hidden from colleagues,” the prosecutor’s office said.

For committing crimes under paragraphs. “a, d” part 2 tbsp. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced the woman to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony with a deferment of serving the sentence until her children reach the age of 14, and also banned her from working with minors for 2 years.
