Later, Sinegubov informed on Telegram that two one-year-old boys and a two-year-old girl died.
“A 34-year-old man, who was staying with his children in a private house, also died from his injuries,” said the head of the police department.
In addition, a 74-year-old woman was injured, Sinegubov said.
