
Want to enjoy crispy and juicy Cheburs, but without excess oil and long fuss at the stove? Baked chebureks are a great alternative to a classic recipe. Prepared in just 10 minutes, remaining the same fragrant and tasty. The authors of the Yaga Grandma Lifehaki TG channel are the ideal recipe (18+).
You will need:
- 400 g of any minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper;
- 80 ml of water;
- 1 egg;
- 5 round thin lavash.
Step -by -step preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onions, salt, pepper and water.
2. Lavashi cut in half and cut the sharp corners.
3. In a separate container we break the egg and shake it.
4. Apply the egg with a brush on the blanks of lavashi.
5. Then we lay the minced meat on the side, greased with an egg and form pies.
6. We transfer to the blanks to the baking sheet and grease the eggs on top.
7. We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
We serve hot to the table and delight the house with crisp and juicy Cheburs.
