Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has signed a cooperation agreement with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) regarding the integration of the Modular Surface Mining System (MSMN) with Tatra chassis and offering this solution on export markets, CSG reported. This solution can be offered, among others: in Saudi Arabia.

As stated, the parties to the cooperation agreement are Czechoslovak Group (CSG), Czechoslovak Group Polska (CSG Polska) and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ).
“The agreement concerns business and technological cooperation between CSG and PGZ and enables the offer of the Modular Array Mining System integrated with Tatra chassis on third markets. It was also specified that one of the markets where this solution can be offered first is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” it was written in the press release.
As emphasized, the contract was signed during the international arms exhibition World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the premiere presentation of the new mine mining system mounted on the Tatra 6×6 chassis took place.
“The second potential sales direction is a European NATO country, but the agreement also provides the opportunity to expand cooperation to additional markets, especially (but not only) to those countries whose armed forces are already users of vehicles based on the Tatra chassis,” the release further states.
As explained in the information, the Modular Scattered Mining System is a modern scattered mining system, developed and produced by Bydgoskie Zakłady Elektromechanne “Belma”, part of the PGZ group. The system is distinguished by full automation of setting mine barriers of various sizes, mine densities and self-elimination times. The depth of the minefield is from 60 to 180 m and the length is up to 1,800 m. Belma is also the manufacturer of the MN-123 scattered mines used in the system.
The Modular Surface Mining System (MSMN) is a new PGZ proposal that allows you to configure the mining system depending on the customer's requirements and needs.
As indicated in the announcement, the Scattered Mining System known in Poland as PMN Baobab-K is the subject of deliveries to the Polish Armed Forces from 2023. In December 2025, Agencja Ubezpieczenia and Huta Stalowa SA (PGZ group) concluded another contract for the supply of a minelaying system on the TMN Baobab-G tracked chassis.
Czechoslovak Group (CSG) debuted on January 23, 2026 on Euronext Amsterdam and on the Alternative Free Market of the Prague Stock Exchange after conducting an initial public offering (IPO) of shares worth EUR 3.8 billion.
