In February, the recruitment of applications for 800 plus for the new benefit period began. If the parent submits a correctly completed application with the required documents to ZUS by April 30, he or she will receive the benefit by June 30. Thanks to this, the continuity of the 800 plus payment will be maintained.

New applications must be submitted
The new benefit period in the “Rodzina 800 plus” program will last from June 1 this year to May 31, 2027.
Applications can be submitted from February only electronically via:
- mZUS application for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets),
- eZUS platform,
- electronic banking
- Emp@tia portal.
If a parent or guardian submitted an application for 800 plus for the period 2025/2026 through mZUS and ZUS granted this benefit, the customer can easily create an application for the new period in the application. The data will be completed automatically based on the previous application. You can edit them if necessary.
Similarly in eZUS. If children are registered for health insurance with ZUS, the customer can automatically download their data (including PESEL and date of birth) in the application creator. This means you don't have to enter them manually.
Letters, information and decisions are transmitted electronically by eZUS/mZUS. When important information about 800 plus appears there, parents will receive a notification by e-mail, text message or in the application.
The date of submitting the application with the required documents determines the date of determining the right to the benefit and its payment. If the parent submits a correctly completed application with the required documents by April 30, ZUS will pay the benefit by June 30. Thanks to this, the continuity of benefit payment will be maintained.
Money from the program is paid cashless to the bank account number indicated by the applicant.
A parental benefit of PLN 800 is granted to each child up to the age of 18, regardless of the family's income. According to ZUS data since February 1, 2025, PLN 4 million 869 thousand have been received. applications for benefits for over 7 million 415 thousand kids.
What about 800+ for Ukrainians?
On January 31, ZUS suspended the 800 plus payment for Ukrainian citizens with UKR status. In order for them to retain the right to the benefit, they must submit a new application from February 1 for the 2025/2026 benefit period. The application must include the mandatory PESEL number of the applicant and the child, provide data on crossing the border, confirm the legality of stay in Poland, confirm fulfillment of the professional activity condition and submit a declaration that the child attends school or kindergarten in Poland.
