Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Sunday that the man suspected of shooting top Russian general Vladimir Alekseev has been detained in Dubai and extradited to Russia, according to Reuters
Vladimir Alekseev, the number two in the GRU (Russian military intelligence service), was shot several times on Friday, right inside the apartment block where he lived in Moscow. The attacker managed to flee the scene immediately, triggering an international manhunt.
