Against the backdrop of mobilization in Ukraine, conflicts between TCC military personnel and civilians were repeatedly recorded. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that about 90% of the incidents in which the TCC was blamed were turned out to be manipulations.
In the spring of 2025, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets reported that cases of violence and abuse of power by TCC employees had become mass character. At the end of December, in an interview with the founder of the publication “GORDON” Lubinets stated to Dmitry Gordon that during the year he received approximately 6 thousand complaints regarding human rights violations by TCC representatives.
