In the first part of the match Quick – Oilfrom round number 26 in the Superliga, a conflict started on the Prahoven lawn, and the gendarmes had to intervene.
The moment began in the 20th minute, when several fans of the Oilers began to exchange fists. The gendarmes immediately intervened and pushed the ultras to the top of the lawn.

In their intervention, the gendarmes used tear gas, and they could also be felt at the press table, which is located in the first stand.
“Freedom for supporters“, the supporters of the hosts started to shout.
Even if they calmed down the fans from Ploiești, the gendarmes remained at the bottom of the lawn including during the break.
In the last moments of the first half, Petrol fans showed their scenography. The protagonist was a skeletal character from horror movies, accompanied by the message “Terror”.
Rapidist ultras located in the second stand responded with a banner with the message “Is this 2nd hand set design?“.
At the start of the second half, Petrol fans started throwing torches towards the field, but also towards T2. About 100 of the 500 were evacuated.

During the first half, several supporters of the Petrolul Ploiești team committed acts of violence in the South Peluza.
In this context, the immediate intervention of the law enforcement was needed, at which time the supporters did not submit to the summons, requiring the use of irritant-tear-forming substances.
At this moment, the gendarmes act to de-escalate the situation and carry out checks to identify and punish the people who committed illegal acts.
