“Why interest us what Russia thinks about the troops in Ukraine? (…) They are not the ones who decide,” said Mark Rutte during a security conference in Prague.
Russia warned on Thursday that it will refuse to discuss any “foreign intervention” in Ukraine, “regardless of its form”, while some Europeans were ready to send troops in a conflict regulation.
