A candidate to replace Budanov could be the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleg Ivashchenko.
It is still unknown who will be the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine, the publication’s interlocutor added, clarifying that there is “serious tension” between Budanov and the head of the Presidential Office Andrei Ermak.
