Considering the prohibition of Robert Negoiță to exercise his duties as mayor for a period of 60 days, imposed by DNA, one of the two vice mayors will take over the duties of mayor for this period.
The City Hall of Sector 3 has two deputy mayors – Adrian Marian Cocoș (PSD) and Marian Daniel Enăchescu (PMP).
The spokesperson of the Sector 3 City Hall, Bogdan Cotiga, told HotNews on Friday that the duties of mayor will be taken over by Adrian Marian Cocoș. The deputy mayor, who has, as of today, the duties of mayor, is considered a close friend of Robert Negoiță.
Cocoș takes over the management of the town hall because that is what the Local Council of Sector 3 decided in a meeting in February 2025, Buletin de Bucharest also writes. Adrian Cocoș was appointed as the mayor's “de jure substitute”.
Who is Adrian Marian Cocoș?
The investigation site Snoop.ro wrote, in February 2025, that Adrian Cocoș got 2.70 in the mathematics test from the BAC, then he became a local councilor, an administrator at the IT sector company, but also a shareholder and employee of a group of companies that sell “company clothes”.
Cocoș, vice president of PSD Sector 3, is a close friend of the mayor Robert Negoiță, Snoop journalists wrote.
Cocoș graduated from the “Anghel Saligny” Technical College in Bucharest in 2011, specializing in mechatronic technician. He took the Baccalaureate exam in the same year and failed, according to the previously cited source.

Snoop notes that it's unclear what grades Rooster received on the next session of The Bachelor. However, he entered the Artifex private university in 2012. The educational institution was then rated by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education – ARACIS with the qualification “trust”.
From there he obtained, according to his CV, the diploma of “technician for detection systems, video surveillance, access control”.
