Two children die after eating dumplings and chicken from grocery store for dinner
In the Krasnoyarsk region, a 6-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy died after eating chicken and dumplings from a local store. The rest of the family members are now in serious condition in the hospital.
In the evening, two adults and their four children, who are 6, 11, 12 and 13 years old, had dinner at their home in the village of Krasnaya Sopka. The next morning, all family members suddenly became ill: children and adults began to vomit. The family was urgently taken to the hospital, where two children died.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Production, storage or sale of goods and products that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers, resulting in the death of two persons through negligence.”
It is known that those same chicken and dumplings were bought at a local store.
