“Elon p…dor.” Russian occupiers complain that their Starlink connection has stopped working

They write that Starlink has “gone down” along the entire front, that now “almost 90% of the divisions” of the occupiers do not have satellite Internet and that “no amount of rebooting the terminals will help,” because “white lists” of satellite communications users from the American company SpaceX Elon Musk are being introduced in Ukraine.

“This will hit the advanced assault reinforcement groups the hardest, for example in Kupyansk. They have lost any opportunity to communicate with the mainland,” the publication quotes one of the Z-bloggers.

They state that the Russian army “simply does not have an alternative to Starlink” and that “much, including combat control, was tied to it.”

On February 4, Sergei Beskrestnov (Flash), an adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov in technological areas, showed on Facebook a Russian drone with the inscription “Elon p…dor” on a non-working Starlink terminal.
