In Tuesday's announcement, the Ministry of Finance announced that from February 15, taxpayers will be able to settle their taxes quickly, conveniently and safely using the Your e-PIT service.
However, before this happens, work will be necessary to prepare an electronic settlement.

“As every year, KAS will prepare electronic settlements for taxpayers in the Your e-PIT service. From February 15, 2026, settlements for 2025 will be available, supplemented with, among others, information on revenues provided by payers. So that taxpayers can settle their taxes quickly, conveniently and safely, KAS must carry out planned work on this service” – said the Ministry of Finance.

Your e-PIT from February 15
The works are scheduled to last from February 4 to 14, 2026; at this time the service will be powered by millions of data, including data on revenues provided by payersthanks to which pre-filled PIT returns will be created.
“In the Your e-PIT service, we will also prepare settlements for 2025 for entrepreneurs,” the ministry added. He noted that during this time the service will be temporarily unavailable, and downloading documents and submitting corrections for previous years will not be possible. Your e-PIT will be made available again on February 15.
The Your e-PIT service is available only in the e-Tax Office (e-US), on the website kontakt.gov.pl and from the e-Urząd Skarbowy mobile application. You can also log in to the Your e-PIT service with your tax data. It allows you to settle your annual personal income tax online.
