From March 1, 2026, new rules for the sale of alcoholic beverages will come into force in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade reported.

The main change is reducing the time of sale of strong drinks in stores located in apartment buildings and in adjacent areas, as well as in establishments on the ground floors. Starting from spring, it will be possible to buy alcohol here only from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., previously it was allowed from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Besides, two days a year – June 1 and September 1 – retail sale of alcohol will be prohibited in all stores in the region.
For owners of cafes and restaurants There will also be new rules. So, in order to sell alcoholic beverages on a summer site, an establishment must obtain a special permit from the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade, which will confirm that the seasonal hall meets all requirements for placement and equipment.
“The measures taken pursue two important goals. Firstly, it is the creation of a calmer and safer environment for residents in their immediate areas of residence. Secondly, we are building clear and civilized rules for responsible business in the catering industry, which will allow summer venues to operate legally. This contributes to the overall streamlining of the circulation of alcoholic products in the region,” commented Maxim Ermakov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
