The publication writes that after the strike on electrical substations in residential buildings in Belgorod, the batteries began to cool down (in Belgorod in the evening it was about −22 °C).
Local residents also report interruptions in water supply and internet.
“Ashes” published a video on Telegram of the moment of the missile attack on the Frunzenskaya and Belgorod electrical substations. It shows that after a series of explosions in Belgorod there was a blackout.
Rosseti promised to restore electricity supply in the Belgorod region on the night of February 4, Pepel noted.
As the publication emphasized, in some houses in Belgorod, electricity remained, but the heating was turned off.
The regional Vodokanal reported that after the missile attack, the power supply at water intakes was cut off.
