State finances recorded a slight recovery last year, after tax increases and some spending cuts, but due to the still very high budget deficit, out of every 100 lei spent, the Government had to borrow 18 lei, only 82 lei being secured from taxes and other sources of income, Profit.ro's analysis reveals.
