In Krasnoyarsk, bailiff and special operation veteran Alexey Blinov is improving his qualifications under the “Siberian Character” personnel program. His mentor was the head of the regional department of the FSSP of Russia, Vitaly Vasiliev.
Alexey Blinov has served in the Northern Military District zone since May 2023. During one of the battles, hearing the sound of a flying mortar shell, he covered his colleague with himself, receiving a serious wound. After this, he required long-term rehabilitation. At home, the military man returned to serve in the enforcement agencies. He was awarded the medal “For Courage”.
Alexey's diploma work is devoted to combating corruption in enforcement proceedings. The mentorship of General Vasiliev, who has many years of experience, helps the young specialist look at the problem from the point of view of a manager and learn prevention methods.
