Romania, mentioned in the new documents from the Epstein file. Trump remains silent after the latest revelations

Donald Trump posted on social media for the first time on Saturday, but not about the latest release of the Epstein files, but about what he claims to be “theft and fraud” in the state of Minnesota, in a message published on Truth Social.

The US Department of Justice has released the largest batch of documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case. More than 3.5 million pages bring details in an absolute premiere. Among them, correspondence and e-mails that mention the names of personalities such as Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, but also Donald Trump.

Donald Trump did not mention the files even after signing an executive order in the Oval Office on Friday, Sky News writes.

The president's name appears in the testimonies of victims or their friends. A complaint states that Donald Trump forced a 13-14-year-old girl to perform oral sex, and that an investigator interviewed her. In another, that this was a frequent habit of Trump.

A testimony reports that parties at Mar-A-Lago, Donald Trump's Florida residence, were often attended by minors and that sexual abuse took place – with other personalities present. In the new revelations, the faces of all the women have been blurred to protect their identities, except for Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for child trafficking.

President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, as well as billionaire Elon Musk or the current Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick are mentioned in the correspondence with her, an example being an exchange of messages suggesting a planned meeting on Epstein's private island, after he had previously claimed that he no longer had ties to the financier.

Possible child trafficking

The recently released files on Jeffrey Epstein contain a deeply disturbing email sent to him by a person named Peggy Siegal during a trip to Kenya. Most of the message appears to be a casual conversation about travel – flights, safaris, stars, holiday plans.

There is no confirmation of any actual action related to this message. However, the wording itself is deeply troubling, especially given Epstein's track record, Nexta notes.

Romania, mentioned in the files

At the same time, the Epstein files are about girls and women recruited into the network. Among the documents there are some that make direct reference to the Romanians

It is stated that following the conviction of the American businessman in 2008, a study showed that almost two-thirds of women trafficked for prostitution worldwide came from Eastern Europe. Romania is also among the countries of origin of the girls.

The files contain correspondence between Romanian women and Epstein, between Epstein and his collaborators, including a Romanian who recruits girls for the network, but also a bank transaction in the name of a woman from Iași whose name was anonymized by the American judiciary.

References to Romania and Romanians appear several hundred times in the Epstein files, from which it appears that in the Epstein network there were people with connections in Romania who procured girls for the illegal parties on the island of the businessman ultra-connected to top politics.

An exchange of messages between Epstein and “The Duke” (character identified by the Western press as the former Prince Andrew, stripped of his rights by his brother, King Charles III precisely because of the Epstein scandal) refers, moreover, to a Romanian woman.

In an exchange of messages between Epstein and another young Romanian woman, she complains to the financier that she cannot procure contraceptives from the US based on a prescription issued in Romania, and asks him to procure them for her.

There are also two Romanians who are mentioned by name and surname in the documents released by the American authorities: Ion Nicola and Corina Tarniță.

From the documents, it appears that Tarniță brokered payments of 30,000 euros from Epstein. For a payment of 10,000 euros, it explicitly says that the money will go to a girl from Romania, but we do not know the details of this transaction.

Among the messages also appears the name Daniel Siad (impossible to say if he is Romanian) he gives Epstein pictures of a girl “Roxana”, whom he says is 20 years old and is “half Brazilian”. Daniel Siad appears in many other text exchanges with Epstein regarding the girls.
