Putin’s Military Capacity to Dwindle by 2028, Says Ukrainian Intelligence Chief

According to Ukrainian Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Ivaschenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin may deplete the country’s military capacity to sustain the war by 2028. In an interview with The Times, Ivaschenko revealed that Putin’s generals have requested an additional mobilization of 800,000 troops following the elections scheduled for September. Currently, Russia is recruiting approximately 1,000 to 1,200 individuals daily. However, the losses are significant, with reports indicating daily casualties of around 1,410 to 1,551, of which 60% are killed in combat.
