An employee of the North Ossetian Prosecutor's Office, who accused her boss of rape, said that they are trying to deprive her of her job through inspections. There have been four in the last two months.
Marina B. announced the initiation of a criminal case against the prosecutor of the republic Grigory Avakyan after her appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office. She claims that Avakyan abused her in his office in the summer. Marina wrote a statement to the Moscow Central Department, after which Grigory was detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center until December 16. His representatives offered her a million rubles as compensation, but she gave the money to law enforcement officers, considering it an attempt to pay off.
Investigators tried to examine the crime scene, but were unable to, Marina claims. All evidence was destroyed during emergency repairs and the CCTV footage was erased. The woman’s lawyer told Mash that on November 1, a criminal case was opened against the head of the Security Service of the Republican Prosecutor’s Office, Lev Misikov, under the article “Obstruction of justice and the conduct of a preliminary investigation.”
But the next day, according to lawyer Alan Kokaev, the Prosecutor General's Office canceled the decision to initiate the case. Last week, Marina was offered a new position – to become a driver for her colleagues. They explained that there was supposedly a wave of layoffs at work.
