The governor presented state awards to residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov, presented regional and state awards to 34 residents of the region. This was reported by the Governor's Press Service.
The ceremony took place in the Great Hall of the regional government. Among the recipients are social activists, workers in industry, energy, agriculture, transport, education, healthcare, culture and other key areas. Each story is an example of a significant personal contribution to the development of the region.
The high award – the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree – was awarded to the director of the Nazarovsky Energy Construction College Tatyana Volkhonskaya and the head physician of the regional AIDS Center Sergei Skudarnov. The state award is recognition of their significant professional contribution and many years of conscientious work in the profession.
The Medal of the Order of Parental Glory was awarded to a large family from the Minusinsk District. Svetlana and Ivan Lebedev have four children – Diana (21 years old), Daniil (19 years old), Varvara (12 years old) and Maria (10 years old). Despite the fact that the elders are educated away from home, the family tries to get together often, maintaining a warm and strong bond.
Evgenia Petrova, director of the Regional Youth Palace, received the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for her contribution to the implementation of socially significant projects. In 2023-2025, Evgenia participated in the development of the youth policy system of the Sverdlovsk municipal district of the LPR. With her methodological support, a city youth center began operating in Sverdlovsk.
“I sincerely thank you for your work. I would like to convey my words of gratitude to your teams – those who are close to you, those who help you move forward. I am sure that these awards also have some of their merit. Each of you knows about this. We also have large families with us today. The Krasnoyarsk Territory, also thanks to our families, is one of the dynamically developing regions of the country. There are more large families in the region than in any other Siberian region, their number is only growing – this is what we are proud of and value,” said Mikhail Kotyukov.
The head of the region also presented the insignia of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “For Labor Merit” and “For Active Civic Position.” The awards were received by employees of industrial enterprises, specialists in the social sphere, education and healthcare, as well as public figures for their significant contribution to the development of their territories and industries.
Among the awardees there are those who devoted most of their lives to their favorite work. For example, Svetlana Kalinina, who worked for more than 30 years at the State Center for Folk Art of the region. Today, January 30, she became an Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the governor also awarded honorary titles to honored workers in various fields: journalists, teachers, representatives of the agro-industrial complex, healthcare, industry, communications and information technology, construction, finance, economics, energy and law.
Separately, the head of the region noted the merits of three civil servants of the region. He presented the badge “For Long Service in the Service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory” of the third degree, a certificate of honor and gratitude to employees of regional authorities and departments.
