In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the owner of a rural store lost a shipment of shoes due to violation of the law on labeling

During an inspection of a clothing and footwear store in the village of Novaya Solyanka, Rybinsk District, specialists from the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor revealed serious violations: women's shoes were on sale without mandatory labeling.
In addition to the pair purchased as part of the test purchase, another 40 pairs of the same unmarked shoes were found on the sales floor. The total value of the seized goods was more than 53 thousand rubles.
For violating the law on labeling the court brought the store owner, individual entrepreneur Kh.S. Dzhurabekova, to administrative liability in the form of a fine, and 41 pairs of illegal shoes were confiscated.
