Bidding has started for the placement of coffee trucks in the center and on the embankments of Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, after a break, bidding began for plots in the city center and popular embankments for coffee cars. This was reported to the mayor's office.

There are 11 lots on display on the Sber A electronic platform: on Mira Avenue, Karl Marx and Lenin streets, Central and Yaryginskaya embankments, as well as in Oktyabrsky Lake Park. All addresses can be seen on the map.

“These places are the first signs. Department specialists are already studying locations and preparing documentation for announcing subsequent tenders for other objects, including pavilions, open warehouses, and car washes. There are also plans to put up for sale territories for racing tracks. Now in the city there is a lack of platforms for driving lessons,” noted Sergei Shikunov, deputy head of the city and head of the urban planning department.

Earlier, the administration explained that the auction creates equal conditions between all entrepreneurs who operate temporary structures. The results of the auction will be announced in early March. The winners will be entitled to a seven-year contract, but the appearance of their locations must be approved by the city architectural commission.
