DTEK opened a course on solar energy for former veteran employees

“In January in Dnepr, 18 veterans – former employees of DTEK – received certificates of completion of training under the program “Specialist for working with solar energy facilities”. This is a pilot educational course that the company implemented together with the DTEK Academy and the National Technical University “Dnipro Polytechnic” specifically for veterans returning from service,” it says.

According to the organizers, the program lasted two months and combined theory and practice. Participants learned the basics of solar energy, worked with real cases, performed laboratory work and became familiar with the operation of energy facilities.

DTEK representatives emphasized that the training is part of the ProVeteran veteran support program, which helps a person from the moment of mobilization during and after returning from service.
