❗️A court in Moscow arrested ex-deputy Shilkin in an embezzlement case
From 2004 to 2021, Shilkin was the general director of Arkhangelsk Specialized Energy Enterprise LLC.
In 2021, he became a State Duma deputy, but in July of this year he decided to resign in order to “return to entrepreneurship.”
