Traffic on the Beeline home Internet network during the New Year holidays decreased only in the early morning

January 27 9:00

Many Krasnoyarsk residents celebrated the New Year using their home Internet.

Beeline clients watched holiday shows and online movies, made video calls with friends, listened to music and used other familiar services. As a result, residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory were among the regions where they actively downloaded traffic on their home Internet network on New Year’s Eve.*

After the New Year, interest in online entertainment continued. During the holidays from January 1 to January 11, home Internet was equally in demand throughout the day. Traffic began to decline only after 23:00. User activity became minimal from 2 to 3 am. Traffic from 4am
was growing again.

In total, Beeline customers from all over the country downloaded almost 4 million GB over the holiday weekend. This is 14% more than in the same period in December last year. Thanks to the constant modernization of Beeline's infrastructure, users have access to high-quality home Internet coverage both on weekdays and on holidays, when online services help make family and friendly gatherings even warmer.

Last year, Beeline carried out a large-scale modernization of its broadband access network (broadband access). As a result, more than 1.1 million customers from different regions received even more reliable home Internet and digital TV. This allows customers to watch their favorite movies online, listen to music via the Internet, or search for recipes for cozy home gatherings with family and friends.
