Paveletskaya is co-owner of the Knigolav publishing house, former marketing director of 1+1 Media.
She was married to Ukrainian businessman Valery Paveletsky. In 2013, the couple had a son, Alexander. The Paveletskys are now divorced.
Kuleba was married to Evgenia Kuleba, the founder and head of the public organization “Garden City”, a deputy of the Kiev City Council from the “Servant of the People”. They have two children: Egor (2006) and Lyubov (2011).
Paveletskaya stopped hiding her affair with Kuleba in April 2023. Autumn 2024 Paveletskaya said that she and Kuleba met in 2003 while studying at university, but then their paths diverged and they did not communicate until 2014. According to Paveletskaya, who then worked on the “1+1” channel, their communication resumed thanks to work moments.
