In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the “We Don’t Abandon Our Own” chatbot started working in MAX, which will help you sort out questions about military service under a contract in the Northern Military District zone.
Through the bot you can find out about the terms of the contract, requirements for candidates, the amount of payments and dismissal. It also contains information about measures to support special operation participants and their families, assistance to veterans and assistance in finding employment.
The service was developed by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Regional Information Technology Center together with a branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
