
Ukrainian blogger Vita Lavrenchuk shared a recipe for the perfect dumpling dough on Instagram.
“At first I made them exclusively using choux pastry. Then I made the dough in ice water. Now this recipe is my favorite,” the blogger noted.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml milk;
- four eggs;
- 2 tsp. salt;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 900 g flour.
Preparation
- Heat the milk, add eggs, salt and vegetable oil to it. Stir.
- Pour the sifted flour into the mixture and knead the dough.
