Just mix these five products and get the perfect dumpling dough that won't fall apart

Ukrainian blogger Vita Lavrenchuk shared a recipe for the perfect dumpling dough on Instagram.

“At first I made them exclusively using choux pastry. Then I made the dough in ice water. Now this recipe is my favorite,” the blogger noted.

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml milk;
  • four eggs;
  • 2 tsp. salt;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 900 g flour.

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk, add eggs, salt and vegetable oil to it. Stir.
  2. Pour the sifted flour into the mixture and knead the dough.
