Ingredients:
- egg – 1 pc.;
- salted herring fillet – 200 g;
- pickled cucumber – 1 pc.;
- pitted olives – 30–50 g.
Boil an egg, chop it, combine with fillet and chopped cucumber and process everything in a blender. That's it! An amazing bread spread is ready! If you dry a slice of bread before spreading it, it will be even tastier. The bread will have a crunch, and the juicy, salty spread will balance out the flavor.
