The net profit of the parent company Wirtualna Polska amounted to PLN 97.7 million in the third quarter of 2025, compared to PLN 77.4 million profit a year ago – the company announced in its quarterly report. PAP Biznes consensus assumed a profit of PLN 85.3 million.

Wirtualna Polska Holding increased its revenues by 65.1% in the third quarter of 2025. y/y to PLN 722.2 million. PAP Biznes consensus assumed PLN 717.9 million in revenues.

Adjusted EBITDA increased by 57.3%. to PLN 241.6 million compared to analysts' expectations of PLN 234.6 million.

As the company said in a press release, the main driver of growth remains the tourism segment, strengthened by recent acquisitions in this area.

Pro forma, taking into account the results of Invia Group and Creative Eye (acquired in April 2025 and September 2024, respectively) as if they had been acquired on January 1, 2024, cash revenues increased by 8% in Q3. y/y, to PLN 716.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased by 4%. y/y, up to PLN 241.6 million.

In the Tourism segment, pro forma revenues increased by 9%. y/y, up to PLN 490.0 million, as a result of a strong increase in revenues in the area of ​​foreign tourism (sale of foreign trip packages in the OTA model). Pro forma segment adjusted EBITDA increased by 12%. y/y, up to PLN 182.3 million.

In the Advertising and Subscriptions segment, cash revenues were 3% lower. y/y (vs pro forma, taking into account the change in the method of revenue recognition in Audioteka Group) in the amount of PLN 153.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 22%. y/y, which – as reported – was primarily related to a decline in advertising revenues and an increase in direct costs.

In the Consumer Finance segment, revenues increased by 25%. y/y, up to PLN 60.6 million. At Superauto, in the main financing brokerage business, revenues recorded double-digit growth dynamics. Totalmoney's revenues were positively influenced by the increase in sales of cash loans on the market. The segment's adjusted EBITDA increased by 48%. y/y, up to PLN 10.3 million.

Cash flows from operating activities in Q3 2025 were negative at the level of PLN -6.3 million, which – as the company explains – was related to high working capital expenses in Q3 in tourism companies, reflecting the typical seasonality of cash generation for business dealing in the booking of travel services (OTA).

Net debt at the end of September 2025 according to IFRS 16 amounted to PLN 1,486.0 million, compared to PLN 1,263.1 million at the end of June 2025.

In the first 9 months of 2025, cash revenues from sales increased by 41%. y/y, to PLN 1,619.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to PLN 449.3 million, which means an increase of 34%. rdr. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to PLN 96.6 million, compared to PLN 110.9 million a year earlier.
